GALLERY A.K.A GRAND OPENING


Saturday night, June 20th, was the grand opening of Gallery a.k.a in the heart of North Park.  I was able to display some of my new work alongside artists Christy Zaragoza and Jason Feather.It’s not often that i come across the opportunity to install behind my work….so i jumped at the chance. I decided to paint tall birch trees from floor to ceiling…with hanging feathers to accent.  Tying in my theme….the beauty of nature and love.

The bar was busy serving free beer and wine all night, and DJ Johnny Tran kept the music flowing.  Thanks to everyone who came out.  If you missed it…no worries! The show will be up until July 14th….so there is still plenty of time to check it out.  Some work is still available.
