ANDREW BANNECKER
When I first saw this Bat for Lashes poster, I just HAD to find out who the artist was. It was none other than uber-talented designer Andrew Bannecker. His style combines polished vector shapes with aged textures and fine lines. And his choice of color is always delicious. A collector of old ephemera and just about anything wood and metal, Andrew creates beautiful art that captures the imagination and tells a story.
Check out his BLOG for his most recent projects as well as his SHOP to purchase one of his prints!

Could we please refrain from using phrases like “little indian”? You may love them, but in many cases, people of Native American heritage find the term offensive. I’m assuming, based on the sterotypical dress of the person in the drawing, that you’re referring to this group, as opposed to those that actually live in India. I love the blog, but had to mention it. Thank you!

eek, I had no idea. Yes…obviously “little” meaning small or young …. indians (native americans). I have a bit of Cherokee in my blood. Thanks for the heads up.
