I have seen so many amazing jewelry designs recently that I just had to do a post on a few of them. I love the use of geometry and the mix of old and new found in many of these pieces. And who doesn’t love gold?

Another LOOKBOOK addition. Again….shot by Miss Katie Gardner. I call this dress my grandma smock….because it is not particularly flattering and it reminds me of the doilies and tea. Two things I actually in fact love. Along with old school VW buses.

JANISH JEWELS is a new amazing ETSY find I wanted to share! I think these rough diamond rings would make the perfect simple engagement ring…or anniversary gift! (…hunny?) I am loving the mix of silver and gold on some of these.

SO GOOD!! I can’t wait until this collection hits the stores. I have never been a bigger fan of J.CREW. Creative director Jenna Lyons first presented the collection in April, where she described her inspiration as “Edie Beale meets the Girl Scouts”. She nailed it. The LOOKBOOK highlights an earthy, fall-ready palette with a particular focus on military-inspired olive and separates that can be easily layered.

LANE is not your typical wedding website. It is raw, fresh, and on the cutting edge of fashion. I love every bit of it. Founder Karissa Fanning asked me a few months ago (before she launched the website) if she could feature Sam and I’s vintage garden wedding as one of her first posts….how could I refuse!?

Once again, I have returned to wedding mode as my sister Kerri just got engaged! I am brainstorming what I can create for invites and DIY crafts and have even starting shopping around for bridesmaid dresses! LANE has me hooked! Check it out.

ANI BIKINIS

One of my best friends ANI just launched her new line of swimwear! I am so stinking proud of her! She is following her dream and actually making it happen! She just had her first full blown fashion show to promote her collection on the deck of the Shorebreak Hotel in Huntington Beach, CA. She shared the runway with designer Amanda Nicole who revealed an adorable assortment of beach casual coverups and dresses. The show went on without a hitch and a ton of people came out to support them. Check out the rest of ANI’S bikinis and pics from the fashion show on her BLOG.
