A little husband wife fashion post here for ya. (note: this NEVER happens!) Sam reluctantly allowed me to snap a few photos of him in some new Lone Flag merch….only for the sake of a potential sale of course. Oh men….why do you hate photos so!? I’ll never know because you make it look so darn easy ;)
Hey guys….just wanted to let you know that this weekend is the last chance to order any prints or cards from my shop and receive them in time for Christmas (domestic only). So get on over there if there is anything you’ve been eyeing! I’ll be giving away a free greeting card for every print order (this weekend only).
I’ll also be selling all of my goods over at the Shop Glee Pop-Up event at Seaweed and Gravel tomorrow from 11-2pm….for all of you locals. More info can be found here. There will be a lot of other great vendors there as well, so it’s a good opportunity for some not-too-late holiday gifts!
It’s hard to believe there are only 3 weeks left in this project. Sometimes it feels like I just started….and yet, here we are, nearing the year’s end. I am waiting to go back and look through all my photos from the start of this project until I reach week 52. I know Rylee has changed so much in one short year….and I’m glad this challenge has pushed me to document it. I didn’t capture every week….but I came pretty close! Thanks Jodi for inspiring me to give this a shot!
So, how perfect is this tee? I found it in the boys section at Peek, but thought it much more fitting for a girl :) She will understand one day….and in the mean time, I will giggle every time she wears it. Her once so chubby little baby thighs are suddenly turning into little lady legs (that look pretty darn cute in leopard lycra). Some days I mourn the loss of those rolls, but I suppose I’ll always have future baby chub to look forward to (yes, we do plan on more!)
Our good friends over at Eastwood Heritage have just launched their brand new online shop. Owners Andrew and Joel are craftsmen through and through. Through the story of wood and raw materials, they believe in honoring the past while shaping the future. With a background in design and an eye for fine details, both guys quit their day jobs as graphic and production artists in order to pursue their true calling in woodworking. If there’s one thing I admire, it’s someone willing to take a risk to pursue a passion. Eastwood handcrafts each piece with care and attention to detail, resulting in timeless pieces you’ll want to keep forever. Pictured above are some of my favorite cutting/serving boards from their collection. But they also specialize in custom designed furniture…..and really, anything you can think of made out of wood! The guys are good.
In honor of the shop launch, we are giving away an octagon serving board to one lucky reader. Perfect gift for the foodie in your life! We’ll even get it to you before Christmas :) Just visit their shop and follow the directions below to enter. Winner will be chosen on Friday!
As I was searching around the web for good products to gift the guys in your life this year, I realized that almost everything I could think of we already carry at Lone Flag. SO….here is your one stop shop for all things MANLY! I’m quite proud of the assortment my husband has curated! Hopefully you can find something for your special guy here too!
I believe in giving credit where credit is due. If you see any photos here without correct sources, please let me know and I will happily correct it. Likewise, if you wish to use any of my photos, I'd appreciate it if you properly credited back to my original post.
